Common Problem: When I work on my task, I feel lack of enthusiasm. I see people not happy with me or my work. I try to understand their feeling but fail to understand them. Solution: To resolve look for good Qualities or specialties in people. The more your positive outlook towards people, the more you can identify with the people. This motivates the other person to further use the specialty. This will lead you to naturally maintain enthusiasm
